The Block H is part of a larger residential development spanning an entire city block from NE 2nd Avenue to NE 1st Avenue. Once completed, it will serve three major urban components. To the east it will frame Miami Worldcenter’s main vehicular point of arrival while being visible from Biscayne Boulevard and beyond. To the north, the architectural fabric engages with and responds to the flexible function of MWC’s main civic plaza. Lastly, the southern expression along the Florida East Coast Rail responds to the urban context as a major portal into the MWC project.

Block H is one of two main public garages.
