Experienced APM and Superintendent with 7 years of experience in management of all phases of multi-million-dollar residential developments from design to completion of construction and turn over to operations.

Supervised General Contractor to ensure work in place complied with plans and specifications.

On site Construction Management: coordinated sequence of work between trades to ensure schedule objectives are met.  Coordinated conflicts between trades and provided potential solutions to the design team.

QA/QC Management: extensive drawing and detail reviews aimed at preventing potential QC issues during construction. Worked closely with the General Contractor ensuring non-compliant issues were addressed in a timely manner and as required by Construction Documents. 

Inspections/Permits: managed General Contractor to ensure all city or Private Provider inspection logs were up to date, and permits are closed in a timely manner.

Document Control:  managed drawing distribution, submittals, and verify that RFI’s are answered in a timely fashion as to ensure continuity in the work.

Coordinate and monitor LEED certification process. 

In-depth review of all drawings such as Architectural, Structural and MEP. Create overlays and verify with General Contractor that all conflicts between trades are addressed and coordinated between design team, the GC and subcontractors.
