Project Description
Domo is a 26-story, high-rise multifamily development located in the heart of Tampa, Florida. Featuring 365 residential units and 30,000 square feet of ground-level retail, the project brings a mixed-use urban experience that aligns with Tampa’s growing demand for lifestyle-centric living. With a design led by Baker Barrios & Associates, Domo will combine sleek architecture with activated public space, supporting both residents and local businesses in one vertically integrated environment.
Square Edge Inc. is providing both Development Management and Construction Management services for this project on behalf of LD&D. As Development Manager, Square Edge oversees the project lifecycle—from pre-construction coordination and permitting strategy to entitlement support and consultant management—ensuring the vision is clearly defined and achievable. In our Construction Management role, we are responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction progress, budget control, contract compliance, and milestone tracking, serving as a direct extension of ownership throughout execution.
By managing both development and construction phases, Square Edge delivers comprehensive oversight and risk mitigation, ensuring that Domo remains on track for successful delivery in Q4 2026. Once complete, the project will contribute to the continued revitalization of downtown Tampa, offering high-quality housing, modern retail, and a walkable urban lifestyle.
