Square Edge Inc. serves as Owner’s Representative for The Adderley, guiding the project through the construction document (CD) and permitting phases. Acting as an extension of the client team, we ensure alignment between the project vision, design execution, and stakeholder coordination. From design reviews to timeline oversight, we help safeguard Altis Cardinal’s investment, maintain project momentum, and prepare for a successful construction launch and on-time delivery in Q1 2025.
