As the Lender’s Representative for Legacy, Square Edge Inc. safeguards the interests of Silverstein Capital Partners throughout all phases of the project. The team monitors construction progress, evaluates draw requests, reviews budgets and schedules, and provides independent reporting to ensure the project remains aligned with loan terms and financial objectives. Square Edge’s proactive oversight helps mitigate risks while supporting the successful delivery of one of Miami’s most ambitious and forward-thinking developments.
