Construction and development executive with over 20 years of experience in management of all phases of multi-million dollar commercial and residential developments from design development to completion of construction and turn over to operations.

Skilled permitting, managing project budgets and schedules within time and budgetary constraints, creating, and maintaining sitewide development logistics and coordinating high end interior and exterior finishes.

Bidding, negotiation, contract awards and management of project consultants and general contractors.

Coordinate and monitor LEED certification process.
