Eliane Prieto brings over twenty years of experience in construction and development, working with both developers and general contractors on a wide range of project types including high-rise condominiums, office buildings, and hotels. Her leadership is marked by a hands-on, solution-oriented approach that keeps teams aligned and projects on track.

Eliane manages all phases of construction with a focus on budget, schedule, and quality control. She serves as the primary liaison between client, contractor, and design team, ensuring clear communication and accountability. Her responsibilities include overseeing document reviews for constructability, negotiating change orders, managing consultant contracts, and tracking monthly requisitions.

With deep experience in the South Florida market, Eliane is also skilled in coordinating the punch process, facilitating Owner acceptance, and managing the transition to occupancy. Her attention to detail during project closeout—including turnover of as-builts and warranties—helps deliver a smooth handoff to property management.
