Over fifteen years of experience in development, design, and construction across a wide range of building types, including high-rise condominiums, office buildings, hotels, retail centers, and airport facility relocation projects. Proven expertise in managing complex developments from early planning through execution, with a strong grasp of both architectural coordination and construction logistics. Skilled project manager with a deep understanding of the South Florida market, particularly in navigating the nuances of local permitting processes and maintaining relationships with City of Miami municipalities.

Currently serving as an Owner’s Representative, overseeing critical aspects of project administration such as pay requisitions, Master Permit applications, progress reporting, and coordination of internal and external meetings. Plays a key role in ensuring projects move smoothly toward TCO (Temporary Certificate of Occupancy), final closeout negotiations, and obtaining full Certificates of Occupancy (CO). Known for bridging design intent with construction reality while keeping stakeholders informed, aligned, and on schedule.
