Office Manager
Overseeing day-to-day office operations, including managing records, preparing reports, maintaining organized filing systems, and processing invoices with accuracy and efficiency. Responsible for creating internal and client-facing presentations, as well as developing marketing materials to support business development efforts.
Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to staff at all levels—including supervisors and executives—ensuring smooth communication and scheduling across departments. Coordinate travel arrangements, organize meetings, and maintain office calendars.
Manage procurement of office supplies and vendor relations to ensure the workspace is well-equipped and running efficiently. Act as a key point of contact for internal coordination and external communication, contributing to a professional and productive office environment.
