Project Description

1775 Biscayne MAIA is a 40-story residential and mixed-use development located in the heart of Miami, Florida. With 544 residential rental units, eight levels of structured parking, and approximately 1,400 square feet of street-level retail, the project brings nearly 950,000 square feet of new development to a key corridor along Biscayne Boulevard. Designed by ODP Architecture & Design, the tower will add to the city’s evolving skyline and offer a dynamic combination of housing and commercial space that supports urban density and pedestrian activation.

Square Edge Inc. serves as the Bank Representative on behalf of the lender, Silverstein. In this capacity, we provide independent oversight of the development to monitor schedule, cost, and risk, ensuring compliance with the project’s GMP structure and overall loan terms. Our role includes monthly site inspections, review of draw requests, analysis of contract documents, and coordination with the development team to safeguard the financial interests of the lender. With a projected completion date in Q3 2026, Square Edge’s involvement provides critical governance and real-time reporting to maintain accountability and mitigate construction risk on a high-value asset.
