Project Overview:

Situated in Fort Lauderdale’s vibrant Flagler Village, 317 North Federal Highway is a large-scale multi-family development consisting of two high-rise towers designed to elevate urban living in South Florida. The West Tower features 401 residential units across 40 stories and includes a signature Sky Lounge. The East Tower rises 45 stories with 350 residential units and is anchored by a rooftop pool deck offering panoramic city views.

Each tower includes ground-floor retail, integrated parking podiums, and expansive amenity decks that support a lifestyle-driven community. The site’s location—steps from the Brightline rail station, Riverwalk, The Wharf, and major cultural institutions—makes it a walkable, connected urban hub just minutes from the beach.
