600MWC is a 32-story mixed-use tower rising in the heart of downtown Miami. Designed by Revuelta Architecture International and totaling approximately 561,500 gross square feet, the project blends residential and retail space in a vertical format that contributes to the evolving density and walkability of the Miami Worldcenter district. With a development value of $148 million, 600MWC reflects the continued momentum of large-scale urban investment in South Florida and is poised to bring a new level of amenity-rich living to the area by Q3 2026.
Square Edge Inc. plays a critical leadership role throughout the project’s development lifecycle. Our team is assisting the client, Aria, with design coordination, permitting oversight, and full preconstruction services. This includes negotiating with the general contractor to develop and finalize the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), as well as managing the contractor through all construction phases. By integrating our construction management and owner advisory expertise, we help safeguard the project’s budget, timeline, and quality outcomes—ensuring a disciplined, well-governed delivery process from entitlement through final occupancy.
