Project Description
Block E is a key component of the expansive Miami Worldcenter development, one of the largest private real estate projects underway in the United States. This three-story, 65,000-square-foot mixed-use building will feature a dynamic blend of retail, office, and dining spaces—bringing commercial vitality and experiential value to the heart of downtown Miami. Designed by acclaimed firm Nichols Architects, the structure emphasizes connectivity and flexibility, integrating modern architecture with pedestrian-friendly streetscapes to support both local businesses and national brands.
As Owner’s Representative, Square Edge Inc. is responsible for managing the day-to-day project execution on behalf of the client, MWC Block E LLC. Our scope includes oversight of the design team, coordination between stakeholders, construction progress tracking, and alignment with both budget and schedule. Our team ensures that the project not only meets code and permitting requirements but also reflects the larger vision of the Miami Worldcenter master plan. From initial coordination to final turnover, Square Edge serves as a dedicated partner, safeguarding the client’s interests and facilitating timely, high-quality delivery.
Block E is scheduled for completion in Q1 2026 and will contribute to the cultural and economic momentum of Miami Worldcenter as a leading destination for urban living, working, and leisure.
