Project Description – Flow Apartments
Flow Apartments is a mixed-use residential and retail project located in the heart of downtown Miami. As part of the larger Miami Worldcenter master plan, Flow features 444 apartment units (Phase 1) designed with modern amenities and walkable urban appeal. The development includes a 10th-floor pool deck, dog run and pet wash station, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. At street level, residents and visitors enjoy integrated retail spaces and a 75-foot pedestrian promenade lined with fountains, greenery, and outdoor seating, all situated just steps from the Brightline train station and major city attractions.
