Square Edge served as the Owner’s Representative for a multifamily residential development located in Plantation, Florida. The project consists of 306 apartment units distributed across three six-story buildings, including two residential towers and one dedicated parking structure. Working closely with Merrimac Ventures, the firm provided oversight and coordination from design through construction. The project team included architects Anillo, Lopez, and Toledo, LLC, and interior design firm Design Bar. Square Edge’s role encompassed schedule and cost tracking, contract management, and team coordination to ensure timely delivery and quality execution of this large-scale development.
