One Ocean Boynton Beach is an 8-story mixed-use multifamily development located in the heart of Boynton Beach, Florida. Designed by the acclaimed firm Arquitectonica, the project will feature 306 residential units and 25,000 square feet of retail space, offering a dynamic blend of coastal living and urban convenience. Planned amenity spaces include a pool and spa, fitness center, dog park, pickleball court, and flexible meeting and office spaces, all designed to enhance resident lifestyle and community engagement. With its thoughtfully integrated design, One Ocean aims to set a new standard for upscale living in South Florida’s evolving residential landscape.
Square Edge Inc. is providing Advisory Services to Hyperion Development, overseeing early-stage planning, entitlements, budgeting, and coordination with the design team to align vision with financial feasibility. We are also serving as Construction Manager for Tower 2, ensuring cost control, contractor accountability, and timeline adherence throughout delivery. Our dual role allows us to guide the project from concept to completion while protecting the owner’s interests at every phase of development.
