Project Description – Paramount Miami

The Paramount Miami is an iconic 60-story condominium tower located in downtown Miami. Home to 564 luxury units, the building is recognized for its striking architecture and expansive amenity offering, including multiple resort-style pools, private bungalows, a recording studio, spa, fitness decks, basketball court, and dedicated wellness spaces. Its central location offers walkable access to the Metromover, Brightline station, Kaseya Center, museums, waterfront parks, and a growing retail and dining scene—making it one of the most connected residential towers in the city.

Square Edge’s Role

Square Edge Inc. provided comprehensive Real Estate Development Management and Advisory services, along with Development Design and Construction Management, for the Paramount project. Acting as a trusted development partner to Tower 2, LLC, Square Edge oversaw project delivery from initial concept through completion. This included managing entitlements, design coordination, permitting, construction oversight, and aligning the development with the client’s budget, timeline, and performance goals. Their leadership ensured the execution of a complex, high-rise residential development in one of Miami’s most prominent locations, delivered on time in Q2 2019.
