Square Edge’s Role

Square Edge served as the Development Manager and Owner’s Representative throughout all phases of design and construction. Working closely with Tower 2, LLC, design architect Elkus Manfredi, and architect of record ODP, Square Edge coordinated the development process from early planning through project delivery. The team provided development oversight, construction management, and design integration to ensure every element aligned with the project’s vision, budget, and schedule. Square Edge helped transform the Paramount into a successful, high-value residential asset within Miami Worldcenter’s master plan.
