Plantation Walk, Encore Capital’s 27-acre master development in Plantation, Florida, is a transformative mixed-use destination that brings together luxury residential, Class A office space, premium retail, and hospitality into a walkable, connected community. The development features a 177,125-square-foot office building, renovation of a 2,600-space parking garage, and 200,000 square feet of retail space, complemented by a full-service hotel and high-end rental residences. Designed with a focus on lifestyle and placemaking, the project incorporates curated public spaces, local art, and programming that reflect South Florida’s contemporary culture. It offers a dynamic blend of work, leisure, and living environments that serve both residents and visitors.
