Project Overview
The Atlantis Hotel, Resort & Casino on Paradise Island in the Bahamas stands as one of the most iconic hospitality developments in the Caribbean. This $375 million construction project expanded the original Coral Towers into a 2,400-room resort with world-renowned features including six restaurants, a full-scale casino, a marina, an open-air marine habitat, and immersive aquatic attractions. Designed to embody the mythical city of Atlantis, the Royal Towers rise dramatically from the sea and are joined by the famous Bridge Suite—one of the most recognized luxury accommodations in the world. The development also included intricate sitework, lush landscaping, and expansive lagoon systems, culminating in a visionary experience unlike any other.

Square Edge’s Role
Before the founding of Square Edge Inc., our leadership was directly involved in delivering the construction management of this landmark project. Leading the effort on behalf of Sun International, we oversaw all phases of execution—from budget control to schedule coordination, design integration, and construction supervision. The scale, complexity, and international scope of Atlantis helped shape the expertise that defines Square Edge’s approach today: delivering large-scale projects with precision, creativity, and relentless attention to detail.
