The Ocean Club Hotel & Resort on Paradise Island is a luxurious beachfront property nestled along five miles of pristine white sand and turquoise water. As part of an elevated guest experience, the project included the full renovation of the iconic Hartford Wing, encompassing 52 guest suites, lush garden courtyards, and the addition of a stunning new infinity-edge pool with panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea. Surrounded by 35 acres of tropical landscape, this intimate low-rise resort combines elegance with tranquility, offering private balconies and seamless indoor-outdoor living.

Square Edge Inc. served as the development and construction management partner, overseeing all aspects of the renovation. Their responsibilities included coordinating design teams, managing the construction timeline, and executing FF&E procurement and installation within an accelerated schedule. Square Edge ensured that the Hartford Wing upgrades were delivered on time and to the highest standards, preserving the resort’s renowned reputation while enhancing its luxury offerings.
