Project Description – Walt Disney World Four Seasons
The Four Seasons Resort at Walt Disney World is a flagship luxury destination nestled within Disney’s Golden Oak community in Orlando. Developed with an emphasis on upscale leisure and family-friendly elegance, the resort spans 17 floors and includes 443 guestrooms, a five-acre water park with a lazy river, a full-service spa, meeting spaces, and recreational amenities including a championship golf course. Culinary offerings feature three signature restaurants, a café, and a gelato shop. Surrounded by lakes, palm trees, and lush landscaping, the property combines Four Seasons’ world-class hospitality with the magic and proximity of Disney.

Square Edge’s Role
Although the construction management services for this project were completed prior to the formation of Square Edge Inc., the team’s leadership played a pivotal role during development while under the employment of the client, Silverstein Properties. Their work focused on overseeing complex construction processes, managing consultants, and ensuring that the quality and vision for this high-profile hospitality project were upheld throughout all phases. This foundational experience continues to inform Square Edge’s approach to resort and hospitality development today.
